Digital audiobook purchases
Audiobooks are digital content, not physical goods. At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins.
When we will help
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact us if access was not supplied, a duplicate charge occurred, the audiobook is faulty or not as described, or a refund is otherwise required by law. We will assess each request fairly and return any amount due using the original payment method.
